Rhineland-Palatinate
Transformation Agency

Client

Ministry for Labour, Social Affairs, Transformation and Digitalisation, Rhineland-Palatinate

Year

ongoing

The world of work is changing – and the change is often abstract, lacking transparency, and raises many questions. The Transformation Agency Rhineland-Palatinate serves as a signpost to change: a central point of contact for employees, businesses, and citizens in Rhineland-Palatinate for all questions relating to the diverse changes in their working and private life.

The task of the Transformation Agency is to render tangible the complex and sometimes abstract processes of change for society, the economy, and politics, to show the resulting opportunities and challenges, and to offer the people in Rhineland-Palatinate security in change.

Prognos supports the Rhineland-Palatinate Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs, Transformation and Digitisation in the implementation of the Transformation Agency.

Shaping the change together

The Transformation Agency began its work at the beginning of 2022. Since then, we place particular focus on the following four areas:

  • Piloting role: bundling qualification and funding opportunities
  • Dialogue formats and digital information: making transformation tangible
  • Future radar: identifying new trends in the world of work
  • Network function: shaping change together
