That is why our induction process starts before the first working day. New employees receive an e-mail from our HR team with all important information and to-dos for the first day. Of course, our personnel managers are also available in advance for any queries. Day 1: After a personal welcome, all new arrivals receive their personal IT equipment, a comprehensive onboarding box, and access to our internal knowledge database, which clearly illustrates all our processes. In addition to your new colleagues, we will also introduce you to your location, so that you will soon be finding your way around. In addition, all new employees are featured in our weekly internal newsletter, the “weekly.” Our buddy programme Never alone. Experienced colleagues make themselves and their knowledge available for newcomers and are an important support, orientation, and contact person for all kinds of questions during the first six months. Therefore, we attach great importance to getting to know each other personally during our onboarding discussions. Within the first three months, you will be able to exchange ideas with employees from other divisions and locations in addition to your team and manager, and you will always meet at least one person from the executive management team. Our onboarding is rounded off at the Newcomers Day, which takes place in Berlin several times a year: The ideal date to get to know each other personally and to exchange ideas in a relaxed setting.
